Workday Financials Analyst

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Workday Financials Analyst (Functional) with a minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience supporting and configuring Workday Financials. This role will support a large-scale Workday environment, working closely with finance and delivery stakeholders across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support and configuration across Workday Financials
• Gather and translate finance business requirements into Workday solutions
• Support system enhancements, testing, and deployments
• Act as a functional SME for Workday Financials processes
• Support reporting, data integrity, and finance operations
• Assist with Workday releases, upgrades, and ongoing optimisation

Key Experience & Skills

• Minimum 3 years’ Workday Financials experience (essential)
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end finance processes
• Experience with configuration, testing, and UAT support
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote, contract environment
