Overview

We’re looking for a Workday Recruiting & Talent & Performance Lead to own the implementation and ongoing support of the Recruiting, Talent, and Performance modules, working closely with senior stakeholders on change and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Own Workday Recruiting, Talent, and Performance modules end to end
• Lead functional configuration, optimisation, and delivery
• Manage change requests, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with senior stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Support testing, deployments, and post-go-live activities

Required Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting
• 4+ years of proven delivery experience across Workday Talent and Performance
• Experience owning functional workstreams in a Workday environment
• Confident stakeholder engagement skills
• Comfortable working in a hybrid, delivery-led contract role
