Overview
We’re looking for a Workday Recruiting & Talent & Performance Lead to own the implementation and ongoing support of the Recruiting, Talent, and Performance modules, working closely with senior stakeholders on change and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Workday Recruiting, Talent, and Performance modules end to end
- Lead functional configuration, optimisation, and delivery
- Manage change requests, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with senior stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Support testing, deployments, and post-go-live activities
Required Experience
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting
- 4+ years of proven delivery experience across Workday Talent and Performance
- Experience owning functional workstreams in a Workday environment
- Confident stakeholder engagement skills
- Comfortable working in a hybrid, delivery-led contract role
