Overview

We are working with a growing Workday practice supporting a client programme in France and are looking for a Certified Workday Absence Consultant to join on a long-term contract.

The role focuses on the hands-on delivery of Workday Absence solutions, working across the full Workday product lifecycle and partnering closely with customer stakeholders to deliver effective, scalable outcomes.

This opportunity is well suited to a Workday consultant who enjoys delivery ownership, is comfortable working directly with clients, and can balance hands-on configuration with advisory input.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and configure Workday Absence solutions end to end

  • Work hands-on across all phases of the Workday product lifecycle

  • Capture business requirements and translate them into Workday Absence designs

  • Partner closely with customers to articulate solutions and best practice

  • Support testing, deployment, and post–go-live activities

  • Act as a subject matter expert for Workday Absence

 

Required Experience

  • 2–3+ years’ experience as a Workday Consultant

  • Current live certification in Workday Absence

  • Strong hands-on Workday delivery experience

  • Experience working directly with customers and stakeholders

  • Consulting or Workday practice background preferred
