Overview
We are working with a growing Workday practice supporting a client programme in France and are looking for a Certified Workday Absence Consultant to join on a long-term contract.
The role focuses on the hands-on delivery of Workday Absence solutions, working across the full Workday product lifecycle and partnering closely with customer stakeholders to deliver effective, scalable outcomes.
This opportunity is well suited to a Workday consultant who enjoys delivery ownership, is comfortable working directly with clients, and can balance hands-on configuration with advisory input.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver and configure Workday Absence solutions end to end

Work hands-on across all phases of the Workday product lifecycle

Capture business requirements and translate them into Workday Absence designs

Partner closely with customers to articulate solutions and best practice

Support testing, deployment, and post–go-live activities

Act as a subject matter expert for Workday Absence
Required Experience

2–3+ years’ experience as a Workday Consultant

Current live certification in Workday Absence

Strong hands-on Workday delivery experience

Experience working directly with customers and stakeholders

Consulting or Workday practice background preferred
