Senior Workday Integration Consultant

Overview
We are supporting an international organisation on a Workday transformation programme and are searching for an experienced Workday Integrations Consultant to take ownership of continuous development and enhancement work.
The organisation operates a modern technology stack with a strong focus on continuous improvement and scalability, and this role will play a key part in ensuring integrations are robust, efficient, and fit for future growth.
This engagement suits a delivery-focused Workday contractor who is comfortable owning integrations workstreams and working independently in a remote, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and support Workday integrations as the core focus of the role
- Own ongoing enhancement and continuous improvement of existing integrations
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and optimise integration issues in a production environment
- Collaborate with functional Workday teams to support end-to-end solutions
- Support integration testing, deployments, and documentation
- Engage with stakeholders across international teams and European time zones
Required Experience
- Extensive hands-on Workday Integrations experience
- Experience owning and delivering integration enhancement work
- Comfortable working across European time zones
- Strong Workday HCM functional capability (not the primary focus, but able to support basic functional tasks when required)
- Able to work independently in a remote, delivery-led environment
