Overview
We are currently supporting an organisation with an active Workday programme across EMEA and are looking for a Workday Prism & Reporting Consultant to join on a contract basis.
This is a hands-on delivery role focused on Prism Analytics and Workday Reporting. You will work closely with HR and Finance stakeholders to design, develop and deploy analytics and reporting solutions that meet business requirements across the region.
This opportunity suits someone who is comfortable operating independently, translating requirements into scalable Workday reporting outputs, and engaging confidently with stakeholders in both French and English.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and deploy Workday Prism Analytics solutions including data pipelines, data source configuration and dataset management
- Build and maintain Workday reports across composite, matrix, BIRT and custom report types
- Configure calculated fields, dashboards and Workday Worksheets to support business requirements
- Manage external data ingestion and blending within Prism for cross-functional reporting needs
- Collaborate with HR, Finance and Payroll stakeholders to gather and translate reporting requirements
- Support testing activities including unit testing, UAT and defect resolution
- Provide post go-live support and knowledge transfer to internal teams
- Ensure all reporting solutions align with Workday security and data governance best practices
Required Experience
- 3 or more years of hands-on Workday Prism Analytics experience including data pipeline build and configuration
- Strong Workday Report Writer capability across composite, matrix and BIRT report types
- Solid experience with calculated fields, dashboards and data modelling within Workday
- Understanding of Workday security, role-based access and data governance frameworks
- Experience working across HR and Finance domains within Workday
- Proven track record delivering on Workday programmes in an EMEA context
- French and English fluency, written and spoken
Desirable Experience
- Workday Prism Analytics certification
- Workday Report Writer certification
- Experience working within an SI or AMS delivery environment
- Exposure to People Analytics or Accounting Center
- General understanding of APIs and data integration concepts
