Overview

We’re currently supporting an organisation with a complex, international Workday environment and are looking for a Senior Workday Techno-Functional Specialist to join on a permanent basis.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of key areas across the platform, working across both functional configuration and technical components. You’ll play a central role in maintaining and evolving the Workday system across multiple regions.

This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys working across the full Workday landscape, combining technical capability with strong stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and configure Workday Core HCM
• Lead setup and optimisation across Time Tracking, Absence, and Scheduling
• Design, build, and manage integrations with external systems
• Develop reports and dashboards for business stakeholders
• Manage security configuration and support data quality initiatives
• Lead Workday releases, including new features and enhancements
• Work closely with HR, IT, Payroll, and Finance teams across regions

Required Experience

• 7+ years of Workday experience
• Strong expertise across Core HCM and Time/Absence modules
• Experience working with integrations and reporting within Workday
• Good understanding of Workday security and business process frameworks
• Experience working in international or multi-country environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Desirable Experience

• Workday certifications
• Experience with Payroll or Expenses modules
• Exposure to Agile delivery environments
