Overview
We're working with a leading SAP Partner in Europe that's expanding its SAP delivery team. They're looking for a hands on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central SME to lead dynamic HR transformation projects across Europe.
This role will focus on configuring and delivering core Employee Central capability within a live implementation programme. You'll be responsible for the functional design, configuration, and testing of EC, working across foundation objects, MDF, business rules, and workflows.
You'll be working closely with the customer, building stakeholder relationships and operating as a trusted SME on all things SuccessFactors EC.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and test core SF Employee Central modules including Foundation Objects, MDF, Business Rules, Workflows, and Data Models
- Lead functional requirements gathering, gap analysis, and end to end implementation sprints
- Work closely with the customer, building stakeholder relationships and operating as a trusted SME on all things SuccessFactors EC
- Support wider HR transformation activity across the programme as needed
Required Experience
- In depth experience in functional configuration in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Strong stakeholder management skills with fluent professional English
- Ability to configure independently and lead without needing to be told how
Desirable Experience
- Official SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification
- Experience across multiple end to end EC implementations
- Experience working within complex, multi stakeholder delivery environments
