Overview

We're currently supporting a major SAP HCM transformation programme and are looking for an experienced SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Programme Manager to join on a contract basis.

This role will focus on leading the implementation and optimisation of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors within a complex programme environment. You will be responsible for building and leading a high performing team, driving delivery across multiple workstreams, and ensuring alignment between programme objectives and business outcomes.

You'll be working closely with both business and technical stakeholders, helping shape programme strategy, managing risks, and ensuring successful delivery across the transformation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP HCM & SuccessFactors programme from initiation through to delivery
• Build and lead a high performing programme team within a complex transformation environment
• Drive programme governance, planning, and execution across multiple workstreams
• Work with business and technical stakeholders to define priorities, objectives, and delivery timelines
• Ensure delivery aligns with business requirements and SAP best practices
• Identify, manage, and mitigate programme risks, issues, and dependencies
• Provide leadership across implementation, optimisation, testing, and deployment activities
• Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders and programme sponsors

Required Experience

• 10+ years of SAP HCM experience with deep expertise across SuccessFactors
• Proven track record delivering large scale SAP HCM and SuccessFactors transformation programmes
• Strong programme management experience within complex enterprise environments
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience building, leading, and managing high performing delivery teams
• Strong understanding of programme governance, risk management, and delivery methodologies
• Ability to operate independently and provide leadership within business critical programmes

Desirable Experience

• Experience delivering global or multi country SAP HCM programmes
• SAP SuccessFactors certifications
• Experience leading large scale implementation and optimisation initiatives
• Previous experience managing cross functional and distributed teams
