Overview

We are working with a growing Workday practice supporting a client programme across Europe and are looking for an experienced Workday Data Consultant / Lead to join on an initial contract.

This role focuses on leading Workday data conversion activities across full lifecycle implementations, working closely with stakeholders and supporting junior consultants to deliver high-quality outcomes.

This opportunity is well suited to a senior consultant who combines strong hands-on data expertise with leadership and mentoring capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Workday data conversion activities across end-to-end implementations
• Deliver hands-on data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)
• Support multiple full lifecycle Workday deployments
• Mentor and guide junior consultants within data workstreams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate and scalable data solutions

Required Experience

• 5+ years’ experience specialising in Workday Data Conversions
• Proven experience across multiple full lifecycle Workday implementations
• Strong hands-on data migration and conversion expertise
• Experience mentoring or leading junior consultants
• Ability to work in a client-facing, delivery-focused environment
